The Liberty Letter has repeatedly blasted Sherry Cooper's economic bona fides, suggesting that her "talents" would be better put to use in Penthouse magazine than any newspaper's editorial section.
What Cooper mentions nowhere is that the value of a currency is not determined primarily by the degree of economic activity in a nation.
While she is on the topic of the value of the dollar, not once does Cooper make any mention of the demand for the Canadian dollar, which is to say what government policies are likely to have what effect upon the market's estimation of the profitability of doing business in Canada.

 ( C ) > Cooper, Gary
The screwball in question is Longfellow Deeds (Gary Cooper), a small-town greeting-card poet and tuba player transplanted to the big city to administer his newly inherited wealth, where fast-pattering, wised-up cynics, sneering society denizens, and corrupt lawyers lord it over the ingenuous and straightforward.
Cooper is memorable as Long John Willoughby, a shy ball player who realizes he has come to stand for more than he ever could have on the pitching mound.
Cooper's scene with Ann's mom, whose help he needs to ask her daughter to marry him, has a sweetness to it that is long gone from today's films.

 Terry Cooper Leeds United
Formerly with Wolverhampton Wanderers as a junior, Cooper joined Leeds in 1961as a left-winger but despite good ball control he was insufficiently sharp and unable to shrug off the constant close attentions of defenders.
A shrewd player - and one with a dry sense of humour - Cooper's footballing brain was there for all to see, exemplified hy his superbly timed and struck passes down the left for Eddie Gray.
But Terry Cooper found his own left-winger's instinct irrepressible and was never happier than when overlapping as an extra attacker, crossing balls into the penalty area that caused panic in many defences.

Title: Online portfolios: issues of assessment and pedagogy
The authors contend that obtaining the enhanced outcomes possible using on-line portfolio-based assessment depends on a review of courses’ pedagogical and assessment foundations, and on teachers’ assessment decisions being consistent with underlying pedagogic principles.
Cooper (1999) suggests that summative portfolio-based assessment has three main distinct forms; the competency based portfolio, the negotiated learning portfolio, and the biographic profile, or record of achievement.
Cooper’s ‘six step’ portfolio building process was developed to provide the basis of outcomes-based placement assessment in tertiary courses (see, for example, Cooper, 1997; Cooper and Emden, 2000; Cooper, Hutchins, and Sims, 1999).

According to a letter from the RSPCA, “as the stag had died before the scene was shot, the dead animal was decapitated and the scene was achieved with close-ups of the actor wrestling with the head.”
