The Territorial Building was built in 1925 and served as the administrative building of the Territory of Hawai'i.
The Territorial Building on 425 South King Street in downtown Honolulu, Hawai'i was a government building of the Territory of Hawai'i and is today the home of the Attorney General of Hawai'i.
Built in 1925 by the architect Arthur Reynolds, the Territorial Building is in the classical revival arhitectural style.

The present porch was constructed by Beebe and Clegg using cast iron pillars from an adjacent derelict building.

It is not good enough for a territorial authority to close its eyes to all potential offenders except the building certifier, and to pass all responsibility for any action to the Authority.
The Authority considered that in the circumstances the building certifier was negligent as a building certifier in that he did not have reasonable grounds for issuing a building certificate which covered the proprietary units and the gable detail.

The large brick building on North C Street between Sutton and Union where Twain was first employed as a Territorial Enterprise reporter in September 1862, according to fellow Enterprise reporter Dan DeQuille, was destroyed in the 1875 conflagration.
The multi-story, brick Territorial Enterprise building with its steam-powered press at 24 South C Street, where Twain worked beginning in the summer of 1863, suffered the same fate.

The first brick building known to be constructed in Washington Territory was built in Whatcom in 1858.
Since then the building has seen veterans of the American Civil War march through its doors, the secret society of the Junior Order of United American Mechanics, members of a Bellingham church holding services in the building, the taxidermist work of Carl Akers and family, and assorted small businesses afterwards.
