Yod of the All-Seeing Eye (o)
It appears that none of the Tetrarchs can generate this field independently of the others, it is likely that this field could only be generated as a group effort.
Like all the Tetrarchs, Yod claims to be a force of the universe, but is merely an extremely powerful individual with an overblown ego.
The other Tetrarchs will even ask Yod what their next move is to be and his word seems to be final.

This reveals the tetrarchic court still to have been open and willing to give audience to the public and not as aloof and removed as might be supposed.
Nevertheless, the Tetrarchs did see a high level of interventionism as lying within their imperium, and C. points out that, despite the failure of the Prices Edict and Christian persecution, tetrarchic emperors (including Constantine) failed to recognise the limits of their effectiveness but rather blamed these failures on a lack of piety or divine favour.

The four Tetrarchs based themselves not at Rome but in other cities closer to the frontiers, mainly intended as headquarters for the defence of the empire against bordering rivals (notably Sassanian Persia) and barbarians (mainly Germanic and Berber tribes).
Although power was shared in the Tetrarchic system, the public image of the four emperors in the imperial college was carefully manipulated to give the appearance of a united empire (patrimonium indivisum).
The Tetrarchic system was at an end, although it took until 324 for Constantine to finally defeat Licinius, reunite the two halves of the Roman empire and declare himself sole Augustus.

The four Tetrarchs based themselves not at Rome but in other cities closer to the frontiers, mainly intended as headquarters for the defence of the empire against bordering rivals (notably Sassanian Persia) and barbarians (mainly Germanic, and an endless procession from the eastern steppe; many nomadic or elsewhere chased tribes) at the Rhine and Danube.
Although power was shared in the Tetrarchic system, the public image of the four emperors in the imperial college was carefully managed to give the appearance of a united empire (patrimonium indivisum).
The four-fold regional division of the empire continued in the form of Praetorian prefectures, each of which was overseen by a praetorian prefect and subdivided into administrative dioceses, and often reappeared in the title of the military supra-provincial command assigned to a magister militum.

AN ABRIDGED HISTORY OF ROME - PART I - XI - FROM DIOCLETIAN TO CONSTANTINE
Diocletian had in mind the adoption process which had granted the prosperity of the empire from Nerva to Marcus Aurelius and he forced the other tetrarchs not to nominate their own sons as successors.
Maxentius tried to acquire legitimacy by emphasizing the ancient role of Rome: he built a new temple (dedicated to his deceased son Romulus) and a large basilica in the Forum and even a new hippodrome near Via Appia.
A few days later he died: relations among the remaining three tetrarchs were very tense: Constantine controlled the western part of the empire with the exception of most of Italy, while Licinius and Maximinus ruled over its eastern part.

Daily Bible Study - The Tetrarchs
Tetrarch, from the Greek words tetra, meaning four, and arche, meaning rule, was used by the Greeks for a commander of a section of a phalanx (a dense infantry battle formation of swordsmen and spearmen used to penetrate and overrun a less-concentrated enemy force).
The term became practically used for a ruler of a province generally, with the tetrarch also sometimes referred to as a king.
The most-mentioned tetrarch of Bible History is Herod Antipas (see The Herods) who was directly involved in the deaths of both John The Baptist and Jesus Christ (it was the father of Herod Antipas, Herod The Great, who tried to have Christ killed as an infant).

Drawing together material from a wide variety of sources, Corcoran studies the vast range of documents issued by the emperors and their officials, and assesses how effectively the machinery of government matched imperial ambitions.
