The newspaper report covers the official announcement of Nick Lampson to challenge Tom DeLay for the 22nd district in Texas.
I was glad to see the word "Congressional record" in there; however, it doesn't grab people's attention as well as saying "Lampson represented part of this district for eight years prior to the redistricting" or something along those lines.
