 Passenger Opinions about Thai Airways International
If Thai safety standards would be as bad as F Turner states, I doubt they would be entitled to travel to the US, Europe or Australia and they would not have received a 4 star Skytrax safety ranking.
Having travelled with Thai each month, domestic and international for over 7 years, I have to say that I have always found cabin safety procedures to be well applied.
Thai has friendly staff, and their image seems to be favorable when you consider their newer aircraft, but they also have old planes.
