THALLO was the Hora (season) goddess of spring buds and shoots.
Thallo was probably closely identified with the Hora Eirene, whom Hesiod gives the epithet thallô in his Theogony.
THALLO (Thallô), one of the Attic Horae, who was believed to grant prosperity to the young shoots of plants, and was also invoked in the political oath which the citizens of Athens had to take.

Thallo (or Thalatte) was the goddess of spring, buds and blooms, the bringer of flowers, and became a protector of youth.
Auxo (or Auxesia) is Greek for increaser (as in "plant growth"), and she was worshipped alongside Hegemone in Athens as one of their two Charites.
