		The recording for their second album, The Beacon Street Collection, was funded by the band and when released renewed faith in the band from the record label and gained No Doubt some new fans.
		In the fall of 1994 No Doubt would suffer yet another setback when Eric Stefani left the band because he did not like the direction the band was heading in and began to pursued an animating career on the cartoon TV series The Simpsons.

		I will be the first to agree that their output ever since Tragic Kingdom has not been up to par, and while I am all for creative innovation, I'm not sure No Doubt is going in a good direction.
		On "Beacon Street", we get what I consider to be the real No Doubt, with Gwen's ever popular warble over a kinetic mix of funk, punk and ska.
		But I must say that The Beacon Street Collection is one of my favorite albums, and will probably remain one.

		I have all of them except for the Debut Self tittled out (im trying 2 borrow it from my godsister, but its stuck to her like glue!) It was really hard for me to pick my fave but i picked "Beacon Street Collection" Its a shame that sales 4 it did so poorly.
		The only way i picked was thinking that i listen to the "Return of Saturn" CD 5 times a day, while i listed to "Beacon Street Collection" 6 times!
