		Beast Wars Neo is a Transformers cartoon series and toy line from Japan, produced by Takara in the late ninties.
		His beast mode is rather static, with legs that cannot be moved, but there is a neat gimic where you pull a lever and the trunk rears up, and the horns can be made to move menacingly by pulling back the ears.
		Guiledart is my least favorite, his poseability in robot mode is hindered by his beast mode kibble, but on the plus side, he has a funky "trap" mode where he plays dead, with "fake" bloody guts and ribs exposed.

		My early impressions of Beast Wars were formed based on several toys that didn't exactly excite me. For someone who first knew the Transformers in the 1980s, perhaps it's too wide a cultural gap for me to accept Transformers being turned into animals.
		The only drawback are some of the new beast modes (I am sure the were just bending to the needs of the toy manufacturers) as some of them were just not good.
