I have not seen the entire film, but during the last few scenes of this comedy a Leach Refuse Getter is used to haul some criminals to the police station.
Films were also listed for 1960 and 1961 featuring the Roto-Can container system, and all three may be the same movie.
This film has the feel of a "home movie", but what it may lack in sound and production values is more than made up for by thirty minutes of non-stop action.
