		I'm not entirely sure how this data works...I changed the first couple of values, and it altered the behavior of the first ground slope in the first level.
		It seems to control both the solidity and the priority of each 2x2 block (some values will cause Bugs to walk behind the scenery).
		Note that the first and last 3 values are the same, since the data blocks in both first layer ROM banks are in the same location.
