		The first digit of the 3 digit Cap Code (for a particular call) determines the tone groups from which tones A and B will be selected (or tone C as well in the case of certain group calls), as indicated in Table 1.
		Using the third digit of the Cap Code, "6", and Table 2, we determine that tone B is tone number 6 in group 5 (determined in step 1).
		Using the fourth digit of the Cap Code, "5", and Table 2, we determine that tone B is tone number 5 in tone series 1 (determined in step 1).

	Coordinated Assessment Programs
		In the first year, identical special equalization rates are established for each city or town participating in the CAP for school tax apportionment purposes and for other purposes, such as the calculation of exemptions and assessments.

	Changes to the CAP Code — get in line or face the ASA - 8 July 2004
		Whereas the previous Code simply said that the explicit consent of consumers was required before marketing by fax, Code 43.4(b) now adds: "explicit consent is not required when marketing by fax to corporate subscribers, though marketers must comply with 43.[2](d) in particular and, if necessary, run their databases against the fax data file".
		The old Code 43.4(c) required the consumers' explicit consent before "marketing by email or SMS text transmission, save that marketers may market their similar products to their existing customers without explicit consent so long as an opportunity to object to further such marketing is given on each occasion".
		The reference to Code 1.3(j) is to a new provision in the definitions section of the CAP Code.
