Chris Isaak (born June 26, 1956 in Stockton, California as Christopher Joseph Isaak) is an American indie rock, pop, and rock and roll singer, songwriter, and occasional actor.
Isaak's music can be described as a blend of country, blues, rock and roll, pop and surf rock.
Isaak's contract was renewed in 1988 when Warner Brothers moved him to their Reprise Records label.

The Chris Isaak Show is not aiming for the high road.

I have been looking forward to this show for over a month, and I think it fills the holes nicely left by Beggars and Choosers and Rude Awakening, both of which were cancelled this year.
I think the show will be on for a long time, and I think from what I have seen, the majority of people who have seen it, like it...a lot.
