The Crusade is a serial in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who, which was first broadcast in four weekly parts from March 27 to April 17, 1965.
The story is set in Palestine, near Jerusalem, during the Third Crusade.
The Doctor and his companions become ensnared in the political struggles between Richard the Lionheart and Salah al-Din.

It had the Doctor and Bernice in it (although her character changes form book to book for the next few novels) but it is not a Doctor Who story.
