Isaiah 14:1-23 is a passage largely concerned with the plight of Babylon, and its king is referred to as "morning star, son of the dawn." This is because the Babylonian king was considered to be of godly status and of symbolic divine parentage (Bel and Ishtar, associated with the planet Venus).
The medieval Cathars believed that the Old Testament Yahweh was, in fact, the devil, based partially on ethical interpretations of the Bible and partially on the beliefs of earlier gnostic sects (such as the Marcionists) who regarded the god of the Old Testament as evil or as an imperfect demiurge.

Names of the demons - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
So, when we speak on the names of the demons, we have to consider that there were incorporated to Christian demonology Jewish demons, Pagan deities, folkloric supernatural beings, and sometimes imaginary names given by people interrogated under torture during the witch trials, by mentally ill persons (energumens) that were considered demon possessed, imaginative priests, etc.
Lucifer, Beelzebub and Satan, were originally one Devil who were transmogrified into three different characters by demonology and the Devil remained as such.
In this way, there is no agreement on who is who for many names that originally were only one have been separated in several entities, and others have been "created" by people, like Sonnilon, Olivier (demon), Raum, etc. Besides, many demons have several spellings of their names, not all of them with a valid fundament.

We have based our study on historical information regarding the mythology of the Devil, theological speculations which contributed to or were derived from that mythology, and psychological investigations of the past century relevant to the illumination of the meaning of the phenomenon.
To understand the emergence of the Devil as the personification of evil, it is necessary to consider the divine personages in world religions who prefigured him.
There is, of course, a true doctrine about demons or evil spirits, namely, that portion of Catholic theology which treats of the creation and fall of the rebel angels, and of the various ways in which these fallen spirits are permitted to tempt and afflict the children of men.

The Devil and his helpers and aliases
The following is a brief sketch of the common names for the devil in Hungarian and sometimes in related or neighboring languages of the past.
The lesser understood and known names and titles of various demons and devils are often remembered in Hungarian as part of curses, which are now often not well understood because their links are often forgotten and are at times only know at times by their relationship to various deseases or sicknesses, which they caused.
The new religion in many cases did not obliterate the memories of the earlier times and especially not the ideas about the demons and devils, as the names for these were just incorporated into the newer religion and their old priests became the new witches or pagan priests of the past.

Although his fullest expression of the power and the influence of the Devil was made most clear during Dylan's "born again" period beginning in late 1978, these early descriptions help to illuminate other references to the Devil and his works prior to and subsequent to that period.
In seeking to understand how the Devil functions in Dylan's world view, it is helpful to examine first his fulsome descriptions at the time of his turning in faith to Jesus Christ, when accompanying his newly professed faith in Christ was a heightened awareness of the power of the Devil.
This is how the Devil is described in "Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again" (1966) which begins: Oh, the ragman draws circles Up and down the block Robert Shelton quotes a conversation with Dylan in which he seems clearly to regard "the ragman" as being Satan, the keeper of hell.
