Ex Astris Scientia - Warp Drive and Romulan History
The Romulans started using Klingon ship designs in 2268 (TOS: "The Enterprise Incident").
In the incident in TOS: "The Deadly Years", Romulan ships without warp drive would not have been capable of intercepting the Enterprise in the first place, and even the incompetent Commodore Stocker would have had no problem to outrun them.
The monastery of P'Jem was built around 850 B.C. (ENT: "The Andorian Incident"), and it was stated in the episode that it is a long way from Vulcan.

Lowerdecks.com - "The Andorian Incident" Guide
As with all Enterprise episodes to date, an extremely predictable plot, saved only by the excellent character development and acting on the part of the cast, which to me is the only thing making this series worth watching.
The Andorian insistence that the Vulcans were hiding something on that planet tells us that they know the Vulcans much better that Humans do, as well as an indication of their own suspicious and violent nature hinted at later in the age of TOS.
In the end, “The Andorian Incident” manages to entertain, while offering some new insights into the Trek universe.

Members of the United Federation of Planets - Titan Fleet Yards
Andoria had a history of conflict with the Vulcans before joining the Federation ("The Andorian Incident" [ENT], "Shadows of P'Jem" [ENT], "Cease Fire" [ENT]).
Recently, the Andorians have become a recurring race on Enterprise.
The Andorians in The Motion Picture looked quite different from the ones seen in TOS.

Hack-Man's Episode Guide for Star Trek TOS - THE ENTERPRISE INCIDENT
Kirk is brought back to Enterprise, adds ears and eyebrows, and returns to the Romulan ship to steal the cloaking device.
Kirk goes insane and orders the Enterprise across the neutral zone into Romulan space.
Spock scans no ships within one parsec, then three Klingon vessels appear (Romulans are now using Klingon design and have a cloaking device).

Ex Astris Scientia - Races with Changing Faces
This is the reason why the Romulans in TOS: "Balance of Terror" and "The Enterprise Incident" as well as in the feature films "Star Trek V" and "Star Trek VI" looked exactly as their distant Vulcan cousins.
Ro Laren became a more or less regular member of the Enterprise crew and showed up in more episodes of the same season, such as "Disaster", "Conundrum" and "The Next Phase".
Since their alteration from TOS to TNG is not as significant as that of the Klingons and above all it was never mentioned that there was actually a change, we might be able to ignore it nonetheless.

TrekWeb.com - Director Robert Duncan McNeill Talks Time-Travelling Archer Episode "Twlight" (SPOILERS)
Or the other TOS episode "The Enterprise Incident", were we have a female Romulan commander who wears her hair shoulder length.
It has nothing to do with "All Good Things", I was just venting my fustration with every episode of Enterprise twisting the Trek continunity to it's own ends.
He wasn't referring to the TNG episode All Good Things, he was twisting the well-known phrase "All good things must come to an end."

Surak was established in "The Savage Curtain" (TOS) and referred to in "The Andorian Incident" (ENT).
The Valiant was swept out of the galaxy and ultimately self-destructed, but this won't be discovered until the episode.

Although that episode gives an era of the 1990s for the conflict, later Star Trek (and Enterprise particularly) generally operate under the assumption that their universe is much more similar to our own, and we didn't experience a global conflict last decade.

 Any Other Lifetime
The TOS episode "The Enterprise Incident," on which Unspoken Truth was based, was a model of dramatic integrity and traditional storytelling.
The "Tomed incident" was cited in the TNG episode "The Neutral Zone" as the cause of the Romulans' absence from interstellar affairs for some fifty-three years.
Although we were never given any substantive information about the Tomed incident or what precipitated it, I have assumed, for the purposes of this story, that both Federation and Romulan forces suffered enormous losses, and that the repercussions of Tomed are still being felt in the Romulan Empire at the time of "Unification."

TrekWeb.com - Interview: Jeffrey Combs Back in Blue This Season as Andorian Commander 'Shran'
So when Jeffrey Combs first appeared on ENTERPRISE as Shran, an officer of the Andorian Imperial Guard in the first season episode "The Andorian Incident," it wasn't much of a surprise that those watching soon found themselves hoping that this blue guy would be back.
Combs, who in addition to guest appearances on ENTERPRISE and CSI in the episode "Jackpot," has been voicing the character of 'The Question' in the animated series JUSTICE LEAGUE and shooting new film roles.
It's always nice seeing Shran, as it was with Weyoun and Brunt, but I really hope they don't make him a permanent character and just reduce him to more background filler.
