		"Neskaya" has quite a few that I think Bradley would have avoided as too redolent of Earth: topiary, "trust a fox to guard a coop of chickens" (are there foxes on Darkover now?), flat-fell seams, war-room, various herbs from earth in food for the first time, and dragons (there weren't any before).
		Coryn and the other tower workers in Neskaya and Tramontana are drawn into this terrible battle which rages on the physical world and in the Overworld as well.

		If that were routine, throughout the story, it would have been expected thus more easily digested but that wasn't the case.
		The Fall of Neskaya is one book among many, many set on Darkover.
		I'm not ruling it out but reading a book so sexiest is no different than reading a blatantly racist book - both irritating and, if at all possible, best avoided.
