Something I read earlier today reminded me of The Farm, a hippie commune near Summertown, Tennessee, where I lived for a short time in 1976 or 1977.
From March 1976 to May 1978, I was a wandering vagabond, walking the Earth, "you know, like Caine in Kung Fu." I did in fact "meet people" and "get in adventures," and I'll probably get nostalgic and blog about some of those people and those adventures from time to time.
We got to The Farm and they had to leave me at the entrance so I could "in-process." I don't remember all the details, but there was some business about donating all my worldly goods to The Farm, and I was smart enough not to sign.
