WGN didn't show any of the individual shows' openings, closings or connecting segments ("interstitials") except for the odd accident (I do know of one being left on the beginning of a "Huckleberry Hound" cartoon aired on "Bozo's Circus" once in the early 1970s).
CN was showing the Huckleberry Hound opening years ago (but not the closing; kind of ironic, since USA showed the closing and no opening).
CN used to show the opening again at the end of the Huckleberry Hound show when featured on its Boomerang block; in the last couple years, they have shown the opening at the top of the show and the closing at the end, so they at least have gotten that right.

One Huckleberry episode that sticks in my mind is where he's a TV repairman who had an one of a kind replacement tube with a ludriciously long part number (probably the influence of me using long numbers as gags) that was snatched and kept away by a dog.
Regarding "Huckleberry Hound," it would be enlightening to many to see the original Kellogg's Corn Flakes circus opening, as well as the joining segments for the cartoons.
Eitherway, compiling these shows would seem like a confusing task! I was sure that I'd seen some Yogi Bear cartoons on his show that were previously featured on the Huckleberry Hound Show but I wasn't sure if they were repackaged as such or not.

Huckleberry Hound is a fictional cartoon character created by Hanna-Barbera, and the star of the late 1950s animated series The Huckleberry Hound Show, Hanna-Barbera's second series made for television after The Ruff and Reddy Show.
Voiced by Daws Butler, Huckleberry was a blue dog that spoke with a southern drawl, with a relaxed, sweet, and well-intentioned personality.
Although the voice Butler gave to Huckleberry Hound resembles that of Andy Griffith (who had recently become famous in movies, though not yet on TV), Butler had already developed and used the voice in earlier work (such as the dog character in The Ruff and Reddy Show, and earlier characters in the MGM cartoon library).

Huckleberry was amiable almost to a fault, but it was his good nature that allowed to him to constantly come out on top.
On his first show, he was a policeman, but in succession he was a hunter, a knight, a sheriff, sad sack neighbor, etc. Huck had his own distinct personality, however, dealing with each situation in a totally laid-back manner that would leave Bugs mystified and Donald exasperated.
