As far as the show the only reason that i watch it is because i want to be a cop in chicago one day and i like to see how the cops on the show respond to the incidents.
I don't think that it is very good to have cops on the show because sometimes it appears that they find the show amusing but I would rather have a cop who knows what their doing and is serious about being a cop than some body builder with a brain the size of a pea.
