	Friday Prayers outside Finsbury Park Mosque
		Salaatul Jummah was held outside Finsbury Park Mosque this Friday after police desecrated the place of worship earlier this week in a raid involving 150 police officers.
		The two buildings next door to the Mosque were also searched in the raid despite the fact that the trustees had leased these buildings to a Hindu businessman who has had builders working in it for months.
		The police said they raided the Mosque because they wanted to arrest certain people and if that was the case then why weren’t there warrants out for their arrests before the Mosque was stormed.

		The community leaders, including the Moulavi of the Akkaraipattu Jummah Grand Mosque said the recent violence in the town was a plot to damage the rapport between the locals and the STF which has been providing security to the local Muslims over a decade.
		"We are well aware that this incident (killings) was a conspiracy to deter the development activities in the area and damage the relationship between the securty forces and the villages,' the local Jummah Grand Mosque stated in a letter addressed to the Defence Secretary.
