If you ask "how much light must fall on the film before it is transmitting 1/100th of the light (density 2.0)?", you can see that this happens for the ISO 200 film at about a log lux-seconds of -1.8 (that's 10^(-1.8) or 0.016).
The ISO speed on the side of the film box tells you roughly how sensitive to light a film is. But it is merely a summary of the information that is available in a sensitivity curve.

AlterNet: Can The Net Free Film From Hollywood's Clutches?
The obverse myth of the film industry is that its preoccupation with profit inhibits all but the most banal forms of creativity, even in the seemingly fertile territory of independent, non-Hollywood cinema.
On Internet film sites of every stripe, works that might otherwise never be released are given the kind of exposure that could take years — not to mention phenomenally good fortune — to achieve through traditional means.
It would be a loss if the established film sites were eclipsed by such new projects: For all their Hollywood-in-miniature flaws, these sites provide a relatively affordable, potentially profitable and undeniably gratifying service for budding filmmakers.

Star Sandra Bullock has been in effect deleted from the world and this film follows her in her fight to get her identity back while discrediting the computer conspiracy which deleted her in the first place.
With the technology portrayed in this film, there were plenty of opportunities for extra features and behind the scenes footage.
The film is great; it would have been a better DVD with a little more background and insight into its production.

One of The Net's lesser achievements is to expose this aspect of the Unabomber's story, that parts of his rambling manifesto might be on to something.
As the preceding indicates, The Net is an immensely complicated work, unafraid of conjecture and unwilling to simplify or draw any definite conclusions.
These consist of extended interviews, including one with Paul Garrin, an independent artist who scarcely appears in the film but mounts a powerful challenge to the conventional wisdom that the Internet is unbounded and democratic.
