		Huntsman Spiders are found living under loose bark on trees, in crevices on rock walls and in logs, under rocks and slabs of bark on the ground, and on foliage.

		According to Stallworthy, 'The Last Laugh' was drafted in Feb 1918 with further revisions up to spring-summer 1918.
		Sassoon's 'The Old Huntsman' was 1st published in May 1917 (right?), so it is quite possible that Owen was trying to emulate SS.
		Perhaps it could even be a case of 'master & pupil !
