		The bear band Other Ones were made up of new bears at the time (Doodah Man on sax, Crazy Fingers on keys, Daydream on guitar, Franklin on drums, Reuben on bass, and Sunshine on guitar) and formed to re-create the tour which the real band Other Ones were on a year earlier - Furthur.
		Many attempts to re-create The Other Ones were done, including false announcements of new members coming in August, 2000, to tour with UJB on a new tour "Furthur." The new bears didn't show up and the tour was called off.
		TOO ended their career with a New Year's Eve bash with UJB and The GDB at Oakland Coliseum on NYE 2003.

		The Other Ones, the remains of the Dead, threw out even those rules last night at the Mellon Arena with a spacey first set.
		The Other Ones took the stage with an open jam that eventually got around to a sweet and delicate version of "Here Comes Sunshine," a nice choice for Pittsburgh on a cold November night.
		Anyway, the Other Ones' flexibility in the odd opening set extended as far as letting the nonsinging Hart take a vocal on "Only the Strange Remain." Pretty strange, indeed.
