The contestant must decide whether the actual price is higher or lower than the marked price on each of the four small prizes; the prizes the contestant guesses right are moved beside the blue windows.
Prices in the Dice Game do not contain zeroes or any numbers higher than six; however, this rule was not in place when the game debuted in 1976.
Four cards with prices are given to the contestant; he places the cards on the prizes he thinks matches the prices, then he pulls a lever to see how many he has right.

The original daytime version of The Price is Right ran from November 23, 1956 to September 6, 1963, on NBC, and from September 9, 1963, to September 3, 1965, on ABC.
The Flintstones had an episode that spoofed the original Price Is Right, with Barney Rubble appearing as a contestant on "The Prize Is Priced." The host was a caricature of Bill Cullen.
