| | Article XVIII - Executive Proprietor / Founding Fathers |
 | | The executive proprietor, as such, shall not receive any compensation for services, but nothing herein shall be construed to preclude said proprietor from serving the organization as an employee, or as an independent contractor and receiving compensation therefore. |
 | | Said Proprietor has the authority to make changes to the Foundation as he/she deem necessary, to include amendments to this by-laws and constitution, discharge/dismissal a founding father, a director, a board or a committee. |
 | | In the absence of the executive proprietor, and with his/her consent, a two-third (2/3) quorum of the surviving founding fathers may help run and implement changes to the organization. |
