The Superjesus - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The Superjesus is a rock band from Adelaide, Australia. Lead singer and main song-writer Sarah McLeod formed the band in late 1994 with guitarist (and her guitar teacher at the time) Chris Tennent, drummer Paul Berryman and bass player Stuart Rudd. About the Superjesus The early sound of the Superjesus is described by Sarah as being "heavier" with more metal-type riffs with an early metal influence. The Superjesus first obtained national recognition with frequent airplay of Shut my Eyes on the national radio station JJJ, plus some airplay on the independent RRR in Melbourne.
