Potter bequeathed her botanical paintings and tiny drawings to the Armitt Trust in Ambleside (near Sawrey), a library and museum centre with collections of British writers and painters; Beatrix Potter, Ruskin and Wordsworth, among them.

Far from being dark stories (Grimm's Fairy Tales are far more darker and contain more unpleasant themes than Beatrix Potter's stories), they reinforce many important life lessons and will still be around long after Pokemon becomes a footnote of the past.
