The History of the Time War
TimeLord interference is not a factor in the next three Dalek stories, and the last “official” appearance of the Daleks is in the episode “Remembrance of the Daleks.” Here the Doctor tricks Davros into using The Hand of Omega (a TimeLord stellar manipulator), to destroy Skaro’s sun, and thus the Daleks themselves.
There is no mention of either the Doctor or the TimeLords during either “Dalek Empire” or “Dalek War,” despite the TimeLords vow to prevent the Daleks using the Seriphia Galaxy as a base.
This may mean that the TimeLords decided to answer the Dalek question once and for all, but judging from the changes in Dalek design it is more likely that the Daleks initiated the war.

Bill Drummond and Jimi Cauty applied the tactics of punk shock-terrorism to late-'80s acid house and became one of Britain's best-selling artists (recording also as the JAMS and the Timelords) just before their retirement in 1992.
The duo then deleted their entire back catalog -- a potential loss in the millions of pounds -- and declared they wouldn't release another record until peace was declared throughout the world.
Jettisoning the beats of their previous work but retaining the samples and effects, the duo played a major part in the development of the '90s boom in ambient music.

TimeLords is a ten attribute, 1d20-based system for any sort of campaign based on human norms or alternate worlds.
The supplements for TimeLords include Time Capsules 1 and 2, which are sets of short adventures, outlined with plot, major characters and maps, for those times when a random time hop is needed, and you just didn't plan an adventure for when the characters finally touch down.
TimeLords is showing its age as a game system, so no new supplements based on these rules are planned.

The Manual - Jimmy Cauty and Bill Drummond
Authors Jimmy Cauty and Bill Drummond, in one of their many incarnations, The Timelords, famously conquered the British pop singles charts with their tune, "Doctorin' the Tardis" (check it out at Amazon.com).
A clever though banal song it had all the ingredients for a hit -- because that is exactly what it was cooked up to be.
Jimmy Cauty and Bill Drummond are the minds and voices behind The KLF, The Justified and Ancients of MuMu, and The Timelords.

Founded by Bill Drummond (alias King Boy D, Time Boy) and Jimmy Cauty (alias Rockman Rock, Lord Rock) in the wake of the disbandment of the sampling outfit The Justified Ancients of Mu Mu, the KLF went on to release a series of world-wide hits on their own KLF Communications record label.

Doctorin' the Tardis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Timelords followed up their chart-topping record with a "how to have a number one" guide, The Manual (How to Have a Number One the Easy Way).
While the music-buying public of the UK embraced the single, taking it to the #1 spot within three weeks of its release, the music press were strongly negative.
The Timelords released one other product on the strength of "Doctorin' the Tardis", a 1989 book called The Manual (How to Have a Number One the Easy Way), in which they candidly described the logistical processes and efforts that sealed the record's commercial success.
