And the fact that the image is a tower, we know that it was part of the original tarot decks in use during the 1400s.

The tower itself was perhaps not quite so essential an ingredient in the image, although it is certainly very consistent with the theme, bringing to mind thoughts of the Tower of Babel and its destruction.

The Tower as an outcome would mean to me that a great change or revelation will occur, the truth will come out.
So as long as the other cards were good, I'd say this means there will be a pretty big change happening but at your core you will stand firm, while things around you are moving around.
I've also seen the tower as someone imprisoned in a situation (think rapunzle) and the lightening destroying the tower is destroying the prison- therefore allowing freedom.

I like the fact that you added comets to the sky - the card is about shock and destructive energies, and the devestation of flaming comets certainly suits this theme, as opposed to the traditional tower that is simply flaming.
Expanding on the meaning of the card, it might be of benefit to add some more cracking around the base of the card, as it often represents the collapse of foundations, and structural weaknesses as a whole.
The card also has a lot to do with release from captivity, which is why many traditional decks include the figures of a man and a woman leaping from the tower as it crumbles.

Tarot Card Meanings: XVI - The Tower
Description: The Tower card first and foremost illustrates that neither physical nor emotional structures that we build are permanent and stable instead they can be destroyed suddenly, thereby initiating change that we tried to avoid.
The sudden change resembled by the crumbling tower reminds us of letting go of outgrown beliefs and values, of letting go of an illusion, an unhealthy relationship, an old way of life.
Not embracing the inevitable change brings out the negative elements that the Tower also depicts, being struck down by one's own doing, by vanity and the inability to change so that one remains stagnant.

When you draw The Tower card in the reversed position (upside down), it indicates that something still has to go - but either you are not even aware of it, are consciously choosing not to be aware of it (in denial), or are aware of it and are choosing to resist letting go of it.

Then this innocent wall grows and we find ourselves locked in the tower, a false ego which is eventually attacked by others, circumstances, in short, the furies.
In a tarot reader it is always more beneficial for the Sun card to be found in the line of the mind, for this symbolises true contentment and inner bliss which is not dependant on any physical set of circumstances.
When the sun tarot card is found at a physical level then the happiness may well prove fleeting and dependent on people, places or things remaining exactly the same.

But you may be able to see how all too many of the "issues" which this Tarot card symbolizes are directly relevant to the situation which preceded this crisis - and are now relevant to the situation the world finds itself in after the twin towers were suddenly struck down in flames.
There is much more to this than the mere coincidence of the card being named the "Tower" and having a similar image of a tall structure in flames, and people falling from it to escape the fire.
When we draw The Tower in a card reading, it is a signal or sign to us that we are now facing something that is about to go, whether we refuse to see it or acknowledge it or stuggle against letting it go.
