	The Wrecking Crew - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		The Wrecking Crew is the name of a 1969 motion picture, the fourth film adventure of secret agent Matt Helm and also the name of a 1999 motion picture starring Ice-T and Snoop Dogg.
		The figures most often associated with the Wrecking Crew are producer Phil Spector, who used the Crew to create his trademark "Wall of Sound", and Beach Boy leader Brian Wilson, who utilized the Crew's talents on many of his mid-Sixties productions including "California Girls", the watershed album "Pet Sounds", and "Good Vibrations".
		The best-known 'members' of this unofficial group are bassist Carol Kaye (one of the few women working in the top echelon level of the recording the industry at the time) and drummer Hal Blaine, who has played on tens of thousands of recording sessions, and is believed to be the most recorded drummer in history.

	wrecking_everything
		Wrecking Everything is recorded in their home of New Jersey and that seems to have sparked the guys to do some serious thrashing providing a selection of songs that spans from their entire career.
		Wrecking Everything is a good retrospective on the bands long past but I find some obvious misses and too many of their newer tracks, I would like to have heard more from the albums W.F.O. and I Hear Black instead of some of the later material from Overkill.
		Wrecking Everything is a highly enjoyable DVD that is also released as a thirteen track live-CD, but in that case I would choose their earlier live-album 10 Years Of Wrecking Your Neck-Live (1995) that has a better selection of songs instead.
