Formerly led by Sen'jin on the Broken Isles, Rokhan joined Thrall when he saved them from the Sea Witch and led them to Kalimdor.
After the Battle of Mount Hyjal, the trolls settled on the Echo Isles off the coast of Durotar, but Rokhan remained in Orgrimmar as a scout for Thrall.
After destroying the battleships that blocked their path and lighting signal fires for the outlying village, Rokhan and Rexxar were sent to a summit in Thrall's place.

After the war, Jaina rallied the remaining humans, elves, and dwarves and retreated to Theramore Isle, in the Dustwallow Marsh off the coast of southeastern Kalimdor.

The Darkspear Tribe, established on the Echo Isles off the coast of Durotar, were forced to evacuate to the mainland, where their leader Vol'jin founded a new settlement and named it Sen'jin village.
A renowned hero of the Second War, Jaina’s father was a staunch enemy of the Horde, and he was determined to destroy Durotar before the orcs could pose a threat to this new colony of Lordaeron.
The non-aggression pact in Kalimdor between the Horde and Theramore Isle is tenuous at best, and tempers still run hot over the recent conflict.

They sometimes bury their eggs too deep in the earth to uncover safely, but if you head to the Echo Isles to the southeast of Sen'jin Village, you can usually find them all over those islands.

You get the impression that Theramore Island is quite a distance off of the coast of Dustwallow and now its not much more than crossing a bridge.
I think I know where Silvermoon Ruins will be and there would have to be a rather obvious topology change to make it look right.
I would love to see the Broken Isles put into the game as a real bitch of a raid instance.
