This lake connects to the Ocean Shores canals which stretch for miles and have bass and trout cruising the waters.
I started fishing the most northern part of the lake at around 7:45 AM the bass were biting good on either a red and white single bladed spinner bait or a chartreuse and white spinner bait and also dark green and brown curly/paddle tail jigs with either a 1/8 or 1/2 ounce jig head.
My wife and kids went to the lake at 7:00am fished for crappie with no luck switched to trout with no luck bass to the fish are just not ready water temp was 58 d.

USS Lake Bridge, a 1984 gross ton mine carrier and cargo ship, was built at Toledo, Ohio, in 1917 as the civilian freighter War Rifle.
Renamed Lake Bridge by the United States Shipping Board, she was chartered by the Navy in December 1917 and placed in commission as USS Lake Bridge in February 1918.
