  Model Railroading
Although the railroad is not complete by any means, and scenery is sorely lacking, the basic concept and thought have developed a series of locations on the model that reflect real life.
The third photo shows the elevated passenger station platform of the L and N Station that replaced the old train shed when the grade separation was built in 1930.
On the model railroad, the 12" wide fold up shelf fills in the space in front of the elevated grade separation track and this front, lower level represents the tracks that parallel the grade separation from Morris Avenue to about 5th Avenue South.

The center rail requires using a Dremel tool with a grinding stone attachment or either a hand file to remove the flening to aid in the adhesion of the solder to its rail.
Track number two’s other ground rail then receives a ten-inch long ground wire which is fed through the hole on top and subsequently gets fed up to track number three and connected to its ground rail.
Once all power and ground wires are connected to their respective rails, align each 37-inch piece of track to be flush with the edge of the module and spaced as per the specifications.
