Big Audio Dynamite (later known as Big Audio Dynamite II and Big Audio, and often abbreviated BAD) was a British rock band formed by the ex-guitarist and singer of The Clash, Mick Jones.
Big Audio Dynamite II After a complete reworking of the lineup that left Jones as the sole remaining original member he changed their name to Big Audio Dynamite II.
Jones has shuffled the line up of the group several times, and even renamed them Big Audio Dynamite II (in 1991) and Big Audio (1994), but critics argue that the band never really captured the cutting-edge promise of their debut album, with the possible exception of the 1989 release.

(A: Big Audio Dynamite.) BAD was led by former Clashman Mick Jones and picked up where that band's dub experimentation left off, mixing reggae rhythms, multimedia sound snippets (often from recognizable films) and plain old rock and roll into an unusual, agitated and (most of all) fresh sound.
However, what seemed like a new road to ruin proved to be only an interesting detour, and BAD (like PiL) grew increasingly irrelevant with time.

Stummer's Clash released another LP in 1985, the same year that Jones's new band Big Audio Dynamite released their debut album, This Is Big Audio Dynamite.
B.A.D. was a collaboration of Jones and DJ Don Letts, who littered the album with samples to a degree that seems quite commonplace now, but was quite risky in 1985.
The heavy use of sampling and the funk undercurrent of the album are a natural progession of the direction Jones was trying to take the Clash on Combat Rock.

The History of Rock Music. Big Audio Dynamite: biography, discography, reviews, links
The Clash's crossover style was continued by Mick Jones' B.A.D., or Big Audio Dynamite, particularly on This Is Big Audio Dynamite (1985) and Megatop Phoenix (1989), that focused on a fusion of rock'n'roll, hip-hop and heavy metal within a Clash-like pan-ethnic context.

The most unfortunate thing about the MACH Audio design is that besides directly replacing the speakers, there's little you can do to the system.
The head unit is not replaceable without removing all the amplifiers with it, meaning if your Mustang has the MACH Audio system ('01-'03), you can't simply slip an in-dash MP3 or DVD player in place.
Warren's plans call for a custom tweeter pod to replace the MACH Audio 3-inch driver enclosure, while mounting the passive Polk/MOMO cross-over in the kick panel or behind the dash.
