Newsvine - Leo Laporte calling time on TWiT?   (Site not responding. Last check: )
He did not earn the right to demand that others show up for it every time, when the original idea was to make it open enough to fill the ranks from whoever was available and keep the invitation open enough to find plenty of interesting people to fill those ranks.
It is harder work for him than other TWiT shows in assembling his panel every week and he has to contend with being let down by one or more (or in this case all!) of his regulars.
The response (on the twit.tv site, the Save TWiT blog, maybe even the comments and poll on here) will no doubt have reassured him it is worth persevering with, although he may need to be a bit more formal about how he lines up his panel every week.

this WEEK in TECH Podcast by Patrick Norton
The hosts and guests of this show are affectionately known as "twits" on this very popular technology program.
Each week the twits gather to editorialize on the events of the past few days and to take kind-hearted jabs at one another.
But none of these things will detract from the show's popularity, which I think is due to the honesty of the opinions and the surprisingly dissonant views from a group of technology gurus.

Infosys' spectacular earnings last week helped the index to close Friday with a clean 65-point lead over the earlier record of 12,671.11.

Investors in Indian telecom shares will be reminded this week of an elephant, which despite its bulk and solemn nature, has an uncanny ability to move silently through the bushes to corner intruders in its part of the jungle.
