This cottage was No 1 Gilbert's Row and had been built for William's father in the 1860's and had initially been occupied by William's great-uncle.

Both charges are aggravated misdemeanors, punishable by up to two years in prison and a fine of up to $25,000 for each count.
According to documents filed with the criminal complaint, the discharge was traced to Thomas' business property at 4761 NE 80th Street in Altoona.
