Thomas Percy, 1st Earl of Worcester (1343 – July 23, 1403) was an English nobleman best known for taking part in the rebellion of his nephew Henry Percy, 'Harry Hotspur'.
He was the younger son of Henry Percy, 3rd Lord Percy, and Mary Plantagenet, daughter of Henry Plantagenet, 3rd Earl of Lancaster, son Edmund Crouchback, 1st Earl of Lancaster, son of Henry III of England.
Henry Percy, 1st Earl of Northumberland was his elder brother, and Sir Henry 'Hotspur' Percy was his nephew.

Henry confirmed Worcester's past privileges and in 1401 appointed him seneschal (steward), lieutenant of South Wales, and tutor to the prince of Wales (1402).
Captured in the subsequent battle of Shrewsbury, Worcester was beheaded.

Sir Henry Percy, also called Harry Hotspur (May 20, 1364/1366 – July 21, 1403) was the eldest son of Henry Percy, 1st Earl of Northumberland, 4th Lord Percy of Alnwick.
He fought against the Scottish forces of James Douglas, 2nd Earl of Douglas at the Battle of Otterburn in August, 1388 and was captured, but later ransomed.
Later with his paternal uncle Thomas Percy, Earl of Worcester, he led a rebellion against Henry IV in 1403, forming an alliance with the Welsh rebel, Owain Glyndŵr.
