Linda M. Stephens, 55, and Thomas H. Stephens, 56, were charged Friday with allegedly charging $47,305.82 in two months to the credit card of her deceased father, who died one day before illegitimate charges started appearing.
In the intimidation case, the Stephens allegedly picked up their 17-year-old son after he got into an argument with his older sister, at whose residence he was staying.
Linda Stephens allegedly told the boy he would go to jail and she would get retribution against everyone involved in the case by doing what she could to ruin their lives.
