Benjamin Wynns was one of the representatives from Birtie County, from 1754 to 1759.
Thomas was the youngest and was born in 1758 or 59 according to the notice of his death, published in the Raleigh Register in 1825.
William Wynns was one of the representatives from Hertford County in 1779.

Wynns announced the deal: Edison would be chartered by the state and would pay rent on the school building comparable to rent charged other charters; it would give up its students’ share of the district’s desegregation funds.

It will be important to try to separate and clarify the identities of this Thomas, son of Richard, from the other Thomases, particularly the son of William of Nansemond and Thomas, the son of Henry the Quaker, and his son, Thomas, Jr.
It seems likely that this Thomas Horn is the author of the Nash county Will, Book 1 p 22, probated July 1782, copy of which is on p 247 of the Ray Horn Book.
Sons Thomas, William, and Michael are named in the Will, to which compare the bequests in the Will of William Horn, the childless, died in 1808 in Northampton County.

Thomas and Priscilla had ten children: Loudon, Amanda, Isaace, David, Twins Judson and Andy Bailey (the first of many twins born in the Bailey family) they were both in the Union Army at Red House Shoals on the Kanawha River where they both died of the measles and were buried there.
