  perfect songs...
there are a whole bunch of songs that are pretty damn close to being perfect; most of the songs here fail simply because it's not evident that they're perfect songs, and thus the last criterion is not satisfied.
the problem with their songs is really each other; none of them stand out from the rest enough to remove traces of doubt.
i have high standards for halo benders songs, since so many of them are good, and there are about five seconds and five words of this out of many of both that don't live up to their standards, i think.

The songs all seem to fade into eachother as if the album were one long trip through groovy depths Hell (The album is in no way satanic, just chaotic, and that's why I say hell).
Songs that point this out include "Grinding Halt", with its 'bouncing ball' intro and 'dying engine' ending; the amusing, cartoonishly creepy "Subway Song"; the rambling "So What" with its classified-section lyrics; and the Jimi Hendrix cover "Foxy Lady" which actually features then-bass guitarist Michael Dempsey on lead vocals, and sounds mind-bogglingly like Devo.
The song alcohol and oxygen is probably on of the best I've heard as far as Emoish stuff goes, but the rest of the CD lacks.

 Christmas Carol Surprises
Musicologists used to describe a carol as a song with verses and a repeating chorus, usually used in dancing.
These songs are great all by themselves, but their power is also in the memories they evoke of former Christmases.
The song’s origins are unclear, but it was well known in the 19th century in many different versions, so it is surely much older than this.

This song is by far the most unconventional that i have attempted thus far.
This one as you may have guessed is a remix of a Rammstein song.
The song is "Tier" from their album "Sehnsucht." This one was chopped in Sound Forge and scored in acid, and for those hardcore Rammstein fans out there, you will notice music from tracks other than just Tier.

Some nice melodies and themes run through the mix, but the pace in which the songs develop is a bit too fast, especially the drum sounds rather contrived and high paced.
I Wanna Be Free again a heavy rock song, but a little slower than the previous song, beautifull vocals and after the first slow minute, the pace quickens and heavy rock, with some fabulous screams make up the song.
