Wheeler is a surgeon based in Southern California, and his organization, founded in 1994, represents more than 1,000 doctors and health care professionals nationwide.
Tim Wheeler: The Second Amendment is intended to protect law-abiding citizens from tyranny, whether it be from an overbearing government or a criminal who wants to use you for his purposes.

Tim Wheeler, Mark Hamilton and Rick McMurray had just released their charttopping album, 1977, and it went straight into the UK charts at Number One, a bit of a first for an Irish band's début.
But we know better - Tim Wheeler is one of the big boys now, a fully-formed rock'n'roll hero with a half-dozen hit singles, a mould-breaking début album and numerous world-straddling tours behind him.
Wheeler has lived it already, and I have to remind myself that the fidgety young fellow before me is all grown up now.

Tim Wheeler is the "sensitive guy" in the group, the one who writes most of their material and prefers to croon rather than scream his words.
It's a charming little recording called "Sick Party", in which Mark, Rick, Tim, their producer Owen Morris and some friends all got a bit drunk and recorded themselves...er, spilling their guts, so to speak.
Certainly this album won't appeal to your typical angry grunge devotee, but I think pop fans will be in heaven and it won't be long before young American girls join the screaming masses across the ocean.

The charges against Tim Wheeler have been adjourned to the offices of Racing Victoria, at 11.30am on Friday, 16th July, 2004, as Mr Wheeler wished to study a transcript of today’s proceedings before making submissions to the Stewards.

After attending a seminar from February 28th through March 2nd in San Jose, I had the opportunity to head north and play some croquet.
After the second game both Rob and David had to leave, so Jane and Elaine played partners and ganged up against Tim for the final game of the day.
I didn't see any of Elaine and Rob's game, but was called to make a ruling on what turned out to be the shot of the day.
