Myron (Tiny) Bradshaw (1905 1958) was an American jazz and rhythm and blues bandleader, singer, pianist, and drummer from Youngstown, Ohio.
Bradshaw's best known recording was "Train Kept A-Rollin'" (1951) which passed from rhythm and blues into rock.
Bradshaw employed many important musicians and arrangers, including Shad Collins, Gil Fuller, Gigi Gryce, Russell Procope, Red Prysock, Sonny Stitt, and Shadow Wilson.

Tiny Bradshaw, bandleader, vocalist, arranger, and producer of many talented R and B musicians was born in Youngstown, Ohio in 1905.
On the strength of the record Bradshaw and his band went on tour across the country playing the major theaters such as the regal in Chicago, the Howard in D.C., and the Apollo in New York.
Tiny Bradshaw began 1953 with a week long stand at the Apollo Theater in New York on the bill with headliner Ruth Brown, and the Milt Buckner Trio.

Though Tiny had only half the pipes of his huge-voiced rival his tightly knit band became known as one to reckon with, stressing a heavy backbeat that would later inspire early rockabilly artists like Elvis Presley, vocalist Johnny Burnette and pianist Moon Mullican.
Bradshaw's band produced such saxophone stars as Sonny Stitt, Red Prysock, and Sil Austin; among the vocalists to record with the group were Roy Brown, Arthur Prysock, Lonnie Johnson and Tiny Kennedy.
Tiny Bradhaw died in 1958 in Cincinatti, Ohio.

Tiny Bradshaw was one of the R&B stars of Syd Nathan's King Records in the 1950s, but he was already a veteran of over twenty years in the music business by that time - having had recorded for the Decca, Regis, Manor and Savoy labels before landing with King in late 1949.
Bradshaw's career with King, while really only lasting about five years, was unusually successful, having hits both with vocals and instrumentals.
As a performer, Bradshaw was consistently cited as a top drawing band of the day along with Buddy Johnson and Earl Bostic.
