		The high points are definitely when Fujisawa focuses in on Onizuka.
		Fujisawa's art gets a little too cartoony/super-deformed at times for my taste, but fortunately it's few and far between enough that it didn't really bother me. Fujisawa's panels are also a little too cluttered at times, making it hard to figure out the details.

		By totally rejecting sentimentality and instead going the twisted route, Fujisawa makes GTO both better and funnier than it could have been.
		Sure, the characters pull some shockingly grotesque faces, particularly in moments of high emotion for Onizuka or his many arch-nemeses, and even the pretty girls have a kind of flatness to their appearance that draws GTO far, far away from slicker-looking, more formulaic manga.
		However, well-detailed backgrounds (from Onizuka's tiny porn-encrusted apartment to the large homes of his privileged students to various parks and ramen shops) as well as a flair for both creative visual humor and effective body language display considerable skill at visual storytelling on Fujisawa's part.

		While I like that better than a bad southern accent, it does go a tad overboard since it's a slow series of dialogue.
		The must-watch second part of the interview with GTO's creator, Tohru Fujisawa is the headline extra on this latest volume.
		By far this interview has turned out to be one of the most enjoyable and insightful interview sessions I've ever seen included with any title anime and non-anime.
