From previous experiences during Japanese travel, I surmise that the danger implied is supernatural but I feel that it would be useless to ask questions....
Mt also can be seen from the coast line in Shizuoka prefecture....

The Shinkansen bullet train operated by Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central) has carried about 4.1 billion passengers over its forty-year life, covering a distance of about 1.5 billion kilometers, equivalent to ten round trips between the Earth and the Sun.
