Branded "Tomenet", its currently only available for windows (boo), and theres only one server of note (in Europe), but being an ascii mode game it hardly matters.
I've been attempting to compile a version of tomenet for OSX from the cvs sources on the site, and have met with limited success.

I'm not into MMORPGs because everyone describes how awful dying is. Dying should be fun.
In the multiplayer Roguelike TOMEnet it's fun for a group of players to charge a group of cave spiders and get wiped out right at the start.
If there was an action co-op MMORPG where dying just meant a respawn and the game was about fighting and having fun rather than roleplaying and training your character I'd probably play it.

I really enjoy small, intricate work like beading, crochet or weaving.
I'm especially good at getting TomeNET characters up past lvl 30, though I do have some weakpoints.
I don't play sim games the "winning" way (I tend to entrench my units rather than going out and conquering my enemies as seems to be expected), and I can never get beyond the Vault 13 in Fallout 1 because I always get jumped by radioactive scorpions.
