Tommy Cooper was in a taxi and when he got to the end of his journey and paid his fare, the cabby sat there waiting for his tip.
To me Tommy Cooper is one of the greatest comedians of the 20th century, not only because of his looks and timing, but most of all because of his great one-liners.
