Tomorrow - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tomorrow is the day after today; it is in the near future.
In popular culture the vision of the abstract tomorrow can be a positive one: "I'll get around to it tomorrow," "my ship will come in tomorrow," "the sun will come out tomorrow." There can be negative emotions attached to tomorrow as well, perhaps related to future justice, judgement, or revenge.
One implication of tomorrow is that an opportunity for change, action, or redemption still remains; that the seemingly endless cycle of time will continue.

Starring Robert Duvall in his breakthrough screen role, Tomorrow is a poignant tale based on a short story by William Faulkner, and scripted by Academy Award® winner Horton Foote (To Kill a Mockingbird, Tender Mercies).
Tomorrow could mean anything, but I don't think such a title would ever fit another story as well as this one.

 * Dusted Reviews - Bill Fay Group *
Considering Tomorrow Tomorrow and Tomorrow is presented here in a somewhat unfinished form, it is an imperfect release.
The two discrete sections that could be construed as the “official” album are separated by a series of more rough-hewn demo tracks that, while appreciated, disrupt the overall sense of album-length conceptual consistency that unite his other works.
While there are revelations to be found in Fay’s steeped studio effects, Tomorrow Tomorrow and Tomorrow abstains from the potency of prior albums, opting for a far more lethargic feeling.

NASCAR.COM - Car of Tomorrow hits Daytona for test - Jan 12, 2006
The Car of Tomorrow can be equipped with a wing or a spoiler.
The most radical change in the car that last appeared at Atlanta Motor Speedway last fall was a flat-plane wing on the car's deck lid that NASCAR vice president of research and development Gary Nelson said was derived from similar applications in the Grand-American Rolex Series for road racing sports cars.
NASCAR plans another test for the Car of Tomorrow at Daytona next week, but Bodine knows what the sanctioning body is up against as it hopes to get a good evaluation of how the new concept works in a draft.

 Tomorrow's news, today! - Salon
It is a question that keeps the public awake at night, tossing and turning throughout the long, restless predawn hours..." So says Tom Tomorrow, anyway, in the amusing, personal foreword to his new book "The Great Big Book of Tomorrow," an expansive collection of his popular "This Modern World" cartoons.
Many of the thousands of Tomorrow fans (and antagonizers) surely have wondered, though, about the man behind the acerbic political and social commentary, the often hilarious takedowns of our venerated leaders and, of course, that masked penguin.
What also distinguishes "This Modern World" from many other cartoons is that they tend to be text-heavy; as "Tom Tomorrow" explained to Salon in a recent interview, he's happy to take on and dissect the finer points of healthcare plans and trade agreements, not to mention the Bush administration's increasingly confusing motives for attacking Iraq.

He lit a cigarette from one of the tiki torches that I had deployed and slipped into a Macbeth monologue.
We had been discussing some of the bard's choice work and he asserted that when Macbeth says "tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow" Shakespeare is really damning the currupting quality of the conjunction in language and that it really has less to do with the passage of time.
So you're suppose to put the emphasis on "and" and not "tomorrow." Matthew Modine was there--I had not met him before--and he listened for fifteen minutes and then launched without any logical connector into a description of his beachsands of the world collection.
