I enjoy a Tootsie Roll when I would like a piece of chocolate but don’t want to deal with the mess or the upsetting feeling that inevitably eclipses the soul when you realize that you’ve run out of chocolate.
However, unlike the Blow Pop I can’t say that I particularly like the Tootsie Roll when combined with a candy lollipop shell because once your done with the candy part I have really no desire to go on to something chocolatey.
