I will call it eco-tourism for this post, but you will find that there are many names for this variety of tourism: rural, agro, green, farm, and some sites will lump extreme outdoor activities into eco-tourism too.Regardless of the name, Ukraine does have quite a bit to offer.
The Oberig Rural Tourism Cluster supported by the Eurasia Foundation seems like an innovative program that attempts to harvest the human potential of rural areas to compensate for a lack of a tourism infrastructure.
The Rural Green Tourism Association is a bit outdated, but it does offer some hiking directions and accommodation contact information.
