The Weymouth class were commissioned between 1911- (The cardinal number that is the sum of eleven and one) 12 and differed from the Bristol-class in only a few aspects.
The class saw a number of alterations during the war, including the addition of one 3 in (76 mm) gun for the AAW role.
The Chatham class were commissioned between 1912- (The cardinal number that is the sum of fifteen and one) 16 (including RAN ships), though HMAS Adelaide was not commissioned until 1922 and was improved during the delay.

HMAS Adelaide was a Town-class light cruiser of the Royal Australian Navy, named after Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia.
She was laid down by HMA Naval Dockyard at Cockatoo Island, Sydney on November 20, 1915 and launched on July 27, 1918 by Lady Helen Munro Ferguson, the wife of the Governor-General.
On 28 November 1942, Adelaide, in company with the Dutch cruiser Jacob van Heemskerk, identified and damaged the German supply vessel and blockade runner Ramses, which then scuttled itself, in the Indian Ocean.

In 1935 the Admiralty decided to rearm and chose two types of cruisers to build, the large Town Class (HMS Sheffield) that was competitive with US and Japanese designs and a significantly smaller ship that could be rapidly built in large numbers to fill the critical numerical shortfall in cruisers.
In 1940 the class carried quad Vickers MG mounts on each side and at the rear of the forward superstructure.
This seems to be the same gun that appeared on the Flowers Class corvettes and since IS models that class as well, I feel confident as well that they would provide that part (4” gun and mount) to you, if you needed it.
